Tigelle (tee-jell-ay), small warm flat bread, are an Italian regional specialty perfect for casual dining. Freshly made for each order, tigelle are enjoyed with other fresh organic ingredients; various cheeses, meats, vegetables and customary relishes, as you like. Our goal is to offer authentic organic Italian food with a respect for tradition. We import all our ingredients and serve tigelle exactly as served in Italy. After all, we would know.
